This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into on May 29, 1991 at the Campaign Post Office, between the representatives of the United States Postal Service, and the designated agent of the National Postal Mail Handlers Union, Division of the Laborers' International Union of North America, AFL-CIO, pursuant to the Local Implementation Article of the 1990 National Agreement.
